Q: What are the benefits of crystal and why do I need them?

A: Crystals work to amplify the energy you are putting out into the universe. In order for the crystal to work, you have to work with them. Set your intention each morning and connect with its energy.  The benefits when working with crystals surround areas of mental wellbeing; including feelings of positivity, peace, and focus. Each gem is known to have specific properties; sending energy to your energy centres in need of some extra TLC.  

Q: Choosing a crystal

A: Finding the right stone is like any practice of wellness. It requires patience while you quiet the mind and realign the mind/body balance. Hold the stone in your hand and quietly think of your intention. Notice if you feel sensations such as hot or cold, pulsations, or calmness and tranquility. These are all signs that this particular rock is perfect for your healing needs.

Q: Setting your intentions

A: We spend time hand selecting our crystals from our trusted vendors. We want each crystal to be vibrating at its highest frequency when it arrives to its new home. We prioritize the authenticity, energetic integrity and ethical sourcing of our crystals above all else. Make sure that the stones you’re looking to handle and place in your home are coming from a source you trust. When we put positive effort into respecting the Earth, that energy circles back our way.

Q: Does shape and size matter? 

A: We think they do!  Under each of our product descriptions, we suggest uses and gem placement. These suggestions come from a place of love, light and personal success. Crystals are not 100% prescriptive, we welcome you to feel their energy and follow their calling. 

Q: How many crystals should I work with at once? 

A: Our suggested max per person and space setting would be 3 gems!

Q: How do I take care of my crystal? 

A: We believe it’s important to remove negative or heavy energy from your crystals on a regular basis to ensure they’re ready support you with all their love and light! Think of this, and refer to this as charging your gems! This can be done in two simply ways: either charging them as they bask under the full moon or by using a Selenite tool to neutralizer energy absorbents.

Q: How do I know if a crystal is helpful to me?  

A: People tend to recognize that a crystal may be helpful at a particular time by using this simple check-in: Do you feel a flow of energy coming from the crystal or a heightened sense of well-being when you hold it or even look at it?  Do you feel an energy pull? Are you attracted to a certain color more than another? If the answer to either of these is “yes “, it’s likely that you’ve been drawn to a stone for a divine reason, let this crystal support you and your soul’s journey.
